Aluminum is widely used in our life, its excellent performance, light texture, has a pivotal position in modern industry, in the actual aluminum production, manufacturers in order to facilitate transportation and use, aluminum is processed into aluminum plates of different thickness. Because aluminum has active chemical properties and is a kind of easily oxidized metal, it needs strict packaging in transportation and storage.
In order to ensure the alloy aluminum plate in transportation, storage, in order to let customers can use stable quality of aluminum plate. After several years of repeated tests, a clear aluminum packaging standard has been formulated
1. First, wrap the aluminum plate tightly with a layer of dense waterproof film, and seal it carefully with adhesive tape to ensure that no part of the aluminum plate is exposed to the possible moist air. At the same time, place enough desiccant inside the package. This is to ensure that the inside of the aluminum plate is dry, and the aluminum plate is not allowed to contact with any liquid, so as to prevent oxidation or corrosion of the aluminum plate.
2. A layer of kraft waterproof paper is wrapped outside the waterproof film. This is mainly to ensure that the weak waterproof membrane will not be damaged. The waterproof paper can also isolate the external moisture to a certain extent. The thick kraft paper can well isolate the temperature difference between the surface and the interior environment, avoid the condensation of water vapor due to the large temperature difference of the aluminum plate, and prevent the aluminum plate from oxidation.
3. On the outside of the kraft paper, the whole layer of corrugated paper will be covered for protection. The edges and corners of the aluminum plate will be protected by special corrugated paper. After super finishing, the aluminum plate and wooden pallet will be packed together with metal packing tape. Reinforce several tons of aluminum plate to prevent the aluminum plate from falling and sliding during transportation, and avoid friction between aluminum plate and aluminum plate after fixation.
After repeated tests, this packaging method can not only effectively prevent the aluminum plate from corrosion and oxidation, but also protect the aluminum plate during long-distance transportation, so that the aluminum plate will not be deformed and scratched due to handling.
