什么叫氧化铝板?

  氧化铝板就是将铝板经过相应处理使其表面形成一层氧化膜,我们称为氧化铝板,根据工艺不同氧化铝板还分为阳极氧化铝板和化学氧化铝板。
  Alumina plate is a layer of oxide film formed on the surface of aluminium plate after corresponding treatment. We call it alumina plate. According to different processes, alumina plate can also be divided into anodic alumina plate and chemical alumina plate.
  阳极氧化铝板是将铝板置于相应电解液(如硫酸、铬酸、草酸等)中作为阳极,在特定条件和外加电流作用下,进行电解。阳极的铝板氧化,表面上形成氧化铝薄层 ,其厚度为5~20微米 ,硬质阳极氧化膜可达60~200微米 。
  Anodic alumina plate is an anode made of aluminium plate in corresponding electrolyte (such as sulphuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) under specific conditions and applied current. A thin layer of alumina is formed on the surface of the anode when the aluminium plate is oxidized. Its thickness is 5-20 microns, and the hard anodic oxide film can reach 60-200 microns.
  化学氧化铝板就是铝板在弱碱性或弱酸性溶液中,部分基体金属发生反应,使其表面的自然氧化膜增厚或产生其他一些钝化膜的处理过程,常用的化学氧化膜有铬酸膜和磷酸膜,它们既薄吸附性又好,可进行着色和封孔处理。
  Chemical alumina plate is a process in which some matrix metals react in weak alkaline or acidic solution to thicken the natural oxide film on its surface or produce other passive films. The commonly used chemical oxide films are chromic acid film and phosphoric acid film, which are thin and adsorbable, and can be colored and sealed.
  阳极氧化和化学氧化因为工艺不同,所产生的氧化膜性能也不一样,化学氧化膜与铝阳极氧化膜相比,化学氧化膜要薄得多,抗蚀性和硬度比较低,而且不易着色,着色后的耐光性差,所以铝板着色与配色仅介绍阳极化处理。
  Anodic oxidation and chemical oxidation have different properties because of different processes. Compared with aluminium anodic oxidation, chemical oxidation film is much thinner, less resistant to corrosion and hardness, and is not easy to be colored. The light resistance after coloring is poor. Therefore, the coloring and matching of aluminium plate only introduces anodic treatment.
