铸锭铝板的性能原原来这么“有趣”

6061、6063及6N01三种铝合金半连续铸锭及其均匀化处理后的微观组织和性能进行系统的比较研究,结果表明:
The microstructure and properties of 6061, 6063 and 6N01 semi continuous casting ingots and their homogenization were compared systematically. The results showed that:
(1)6061、6063及6N01合金半连续铸锭中存在较多的结晶相,其中多数形成枝晶网,少量呈球状分布于基体中;形成枝晶网的主要为细长状和不规则形状的Al5FeSi相或Al5(FeMn)Si相以及黑色不规则条块状(有时为共晶形态)的Mg2Si相;分布在基体中的球状产物为含AlMgSiCu的共晶体
(1) there are many crystalline semi continuous casting of 6061, 6063 and 6N01 phases, most of which form a network of dendrites, a spherical distribution in the matrix; the formation of dendrite network mainly is slender and irregular shape of the Al5FeSi phase or Al5 (FeMn) Si and the black irregular block (sometimes the eutectic morphology) Mg2Si phase; spherical product distribution in the matrix for CO crystals containing AlMgSiCu
(2)6061、6063及6N01铝合金半连续铸锭中的结晶相均呈现由铸锭表面至心部尺寸增大、数量增多的分布的规律,其中与6063合金相比6061和6N01合金铸锭中的结晶相数量较多、尺寸较大,而且后两者的结晶相由铸锭表面至心部数量和尺寸增大均较明显,另外6061合金铸锭中所含Mg2Si体积分数较大,6N01合金中其次,6063合金中较小。
