铝板不着色的原因及处理方法

1、膜厚不够:处理的方法是查验阳端氧化工艺是不是标准,看温度,工作电压,导电性等要素是不是平稳,若有出现异常,请相对调节标准之,如果没有出现异常,可适度增加空气氧化时间,确保膜厚合格。

3、空气氧化后钢件在不锈钢水槽中置放时间长时间:倡导立即染色剂,假如这种情况早已产生,可将钢件放到阳端处理槽中或氰化钠中合槽中适度解决后再开展染色剂,实际效果会非常好。
