电烙铁焊接铝件的方法有哪些?

其一、在铝件焊接处先涂上焊药,然后将烧热的烙铁蘸饱锡后放在焊处进行预热,待温度升高,焊药由稠变稀后再加一些焊药和焊锡,使焊锡将烙铁头包容起来,然后用烙铁头在焊接处前后摩擦,摩擦距离不要过大,一般在3~5mm之间使烙铁头处划破铝制元件表面的氧化铝膜。焊接处由于有熔锡覆盖与空气隔绝不可能产生新的氧化膜而锡则能及时沾到刚刚除去的氧化膜的铝件上。等列熔锡由圆球状变成扁平状,表明铝件已经与锡结合牢固,这时就停止摩擦并趁热擦去剩余的焊药,再与预先蘸好锡的导线头或其它元件进行焊接就很方便了。

其二、在铝制元件的焊接处滴几滴稀盐酸用以除去表面氧化膜,稍待片刻,再加入几滴较浓的硫酸铜溶液,等到焊处全部有铜覆盖时,用水洗掉多余的硫酸铜溶液和盐酸溶液,然后用45-75W烙铁就可以进行焊接,其效果不错。
