During the cold rolling process of aluminum coil, due to the friction and rolling of roll and aluminum plate surface, fine aluminum oxide powder will fall off and adsorb on its surface, and rolling oil and its attached suspended components will remain on the surface of aluminum coil, which will have an adverse impact on the processing of aluminum coil composite, coating and other finished products.
During tension bending and straightening, due to the severe bending deformation of the strip on the roll, part of the tension applied to the strip is transformed into the pressure of the strip on the tension roll, forming friction and driving the roll group. If the surface of the alumina roll is not cleaned, the aluminum oxide powder falls off during deformation and is attached to the roll surface of the tension roll along with the oil stain, resulting in wear on the roll surface and slight injury to the aluminum plate, so it must be cleaned by a special cleaning device.
Aluminum coil cleaning is to use the pressure pump to pressurize the cleaning medium and carry out non-contact spray cleaning or contact brushing on the strip surface, so that the aluminum powder oil on the material surface dissolves and falls off into the cleaning medium, and then is squeezed by the squeezing roller, purged by high-pressure air, and even dried by high-temperature air, so as to obtain clean and dry aluminum coil.
At the same time, by continuously replenishing the cleaning medium and using the on-line circulating filtration system at the same time, the cleaning medium can be kept sufficient and clean, and the heat energy and cleaning medium can be greatly saved. At present, the commonly used cleaning media of stretch bending straightener in aluminum coil processing industry include cleaning agent (or solvent oil), softened hot water and chemical solvent.
