For the state of aluminum plate, we distinguish it according to the full hard state, semi hard state and soft state. Generally, the soft state mainly refers to the o state of aluminum plate. The bending effect of full hard state is not very good. In the state of aluminum plate, h18, H19 and h38 are generally full hard. The aluminum plate in the semi hard state can be folded basically, and H24 is also half hard.
Generally, there is no problem with o-state bending. However, because the aluminum plate in this state is too soft, we seldom use this state of aluminum plate for bending. At the same time, we should pay attention to the distinction between pure aluminum plate and alloy aluminum plate when selecting aluminum plate. Generally, the hardness of pure aluminum will not be too high. For pure aluminum bending, 1100, 1050, 1060 and so on can be used, and 1100h26 is recommended.
Alloy aluminum plate hardness will be better, generally can use 3003, 3005, 5052 semi hard state of aluminum plate to bend. If 6061, 2024 and 7075 are used, they should not be bent because of their high hardness, especially in T6 state. Unless you heat them up and fold them again, the difference between good aluminum plate and poor aluminum plate is oxidation performance, tolerance, surface effect, crystal precision and uniform stability. The bending effect alone has little difference, If the surface of aluminum plate is used for baking paint, it is not recommended to use too good one. 3003-h26, 3005h24 or 5052h34 can be considered.
