1、铝板的硬度

铝板硬度太高,很容易开裂。这就需求挑选质量好的铝板,主要看铝板合金和状态。通常1系列、3系列、5系列的对比常用,6系列、7系列的硬度太高,要先做退火处理到O态后才好折弯。还有即是铝板的质量。

4、铝板纹理方向。
折弯方向要与铝板纹理方向垂直,不能平行。

首先是状态重要了
   first of all, state matters
状态分为全硬、半硬、软态(通常软态叫O态),全硬的折弯效果基本不太行(铝板状态是H18、H19、H38等都是全硬的),半硬状态的铝板基本上都可以折弯(H24的也就是半硬的)。O态的折弯是肯定没问题,但是由于太软了,基本上用这种状态的来折弯的比较少。

其次是你要选择纯铝还是合金铝

纯铝硬度不是很高,用1100、1050、1060等等都可以,推荐用1100  H26的合金铝硬度好一点,可以用3003、3005、5052等半硬状态的都可以的。

    具体情况建议试样再确定,如果用6061、2024、7075由于硬度太高,特别是T6状态的更是,应该折弯不了,除非加温再折,质量好的铝板与质量差铝板的区别是氧化性能、公差、表面效果、晶精度及均匀稳定性等有区别的,单单折弯效果区别不大。
