铝卷生产厂家:铝和铝合金是如何化学抛光的?

  铝和铝合金的化学抛光是以70%(质量百分数)的磷酸为根底的溶液。常用的是磷酸、硝酸、硫酸混合液,当合金成分变化时,硫酸含量在9%。l5%之间变化,硝酸含量在3%~9%之间变化。由于工作温度在105℃左右,大量产生氮氧化物污染环境。因而,在磷酸和硫酸混合液根底上用S类酸铜光亮剂作添加剂,产生了无黄烟化学抛光工艺。但这种无黄烟化学抛光只适用于纯铝或铝镁合金,对其他铝合金效果较差。后来又有只加2%硝酸的配方呈现,也用相似的添加剂,没得到扩展适用范围。但是,至今磷酸、硝酸、硫酸混合液由于顺应性强,还是主流配方。
