铝平板、铝卷板的性能与用处
　　Performance and Application of Aluminum Plate and Aluminum Coil铝板，是指用铝材或铝合金资料制成的板型资料。或者说是由扁铝胚经加热、轧延及拉直或固溶时效热等过程制造而成的板型铝制品。

　　国外的铝板幕墙不断选用单层铝板。单层铝板普通用纯铝板。铝板厚度为3mm，为了增强铝板板面强度，在铝板的反面，必需装置增强筋(现有的厂家不安)，增强筋用厚的铝带做成，先用闪光焊机把一颗颗螺丝帽焊在铝板反面然后把作增强筋的铝条钻孔套进螺丝内，用螺丝固定。我国为了减轻铝板重量，增加铝板强度，我们采用铝合金板，常选用21号防锈铝代号LF21压成的铝板作幕墙铝板。铝板厚度由原来3mm减少为2.5mm，该合金强度比纯铝板高出一倍左右。增强筋用LF21铝带，铝带的宽度厚度依据铝板板面而定，普通厚2-2.5mm，宽10-25mm。铝板幕墙的铝板反面为什么要安增强筋，是在外界正负压力的状况下，铝板一不会凹陷，二不会鼓出，这样就防止了铝板幕墙重复里外振动而发出的振动声音。假如需求隔音保温，可在铝板内侧，安放岩棉、矿渣棉或发泡处置。

　　幕墙铝板外表处置，可分为二种办法，一种是阳极氧化，另一种是静电喷涂。阳极氧化的氧化膜普通在12μ以上，颜色只要古铜色和白色两种，颜色单调，更为严重的缺陷是每块铝板板面的颜色深浅不一，许多块幕墙板组合在一同构成一个幕墙整体效果十分难看。这个缺陷能够说无法消弭，并非消费技术形成的，而是由于铝板并非是由一批号，化学成份，均有小的差异，再加上氧化时电解槽液电流密度等要素均无法完整一样，所以氧化后的颜色几均有差别，单张看可能不明显，若都排在一同即十分明显。所以铝板幕墙的铝板外表处置，决不能用阳极氧化。
