铝排“寿命”的原来与制作工艺有关?

纯铝很软强度不大,有良好的延展性,可拉成细丝和轧成箔片,因此成为制作冷库铝排的较佳选择。铝的表面处理工艺有很多种,其中在铝排产品上应用得较多的主要是:酸洗、喷砂、碱蚀、酸砂等工艺。其中喷砂属于物理方法工艺,其他则属于化学方法工艺。

酸洗工艺是利用酸溶液去除金属表面上的氧化皮和锈蚀物的方法。采用酸洗耗费时间长,导致加工成本居高不下。对厚氧化皮效果不理想,特别是焊接处黑渣基本上除不掉。而且其耐蚀性很难达到ISO国家标准,因为其有氟化铝附着在铝排表面,且氧化后的氧化孔比较大,容易出现表面处理不均匀情况。

因此采用这种工艺生产的铝排表面不整洁,气密性差,容易产生自然泄漏隐患,如果产生泄漏问题就会大大缩短铝排的使用寿命,从而给冷库带来更多的成本负担。

喷砂工艺是采用压缩空气为动力,以形成高速喷射束将喷料(铜矿砂、石英砂、金刚砂、铁砂、海南砂)高速喷射到需要处理的工件表面,使工件表面的外表面的外表或形状发生变。喷砂处理由于不能对角落及转折处均匀处理,因此这种工艺使用在铝排上也有缺陷。
